Affinity Groups
One of the primary services we can provide as a regional independent school association is the opportunity for you and your staff to network throughout the 11-state region of SAIS. To that end, SAIS is delighted to roll out a new member benefit --- affinity groups.
Affinity group members will participate in supportive networking opportunities with other members with similar interests across the SAIS region. Click here to read a memo from SAIS President Steve Robinson regarding affinity groups.
Networking Through Listservs
SAIS will offer list serves to these affinity groups, as well as various other types of networking opportunities (meetings, retreats, webinars, etc) that are deemed appropriate by the group members. Click here for more information regarding affinity group listservs.
Want to sign up for an affinity group?
Click here to sign up for an affinity group. Please note that the first step will be logging into our website. Your login credentials are likely your email address (username) and sais2007 (password). After logging in you will be taken to the affinity group registration form. To select multiple affinity groups, hold the "control" key and select the desired groups. If you are interested in additional affinity groups that you do not see listed, type them into the "other" field.
Note: If you do not have an account with SAIS, please contact LeeAnne Minnick at leeanne@sais.org or (404) 227-1814. If you are a faculty/staff member of an SAIS member school, your account probably already exists, so first try logging in with your username and password as directed above.
Below is a list of current affinity groups. This list is not intended to be exhaustive; SAIS is willing to create any group where appropriate interest exists.
