Episcopal Day School of Christ Church Parish (EDS) in Pensacola, FL, serves students from six months through 8th grade, and has welcomed children of all faiths since 1952. EDS prepares students for a life of learning and meaningful service in a diverse and global world by providing academic excellence and character formation inclusive of all of God’s children and grounded in the Episcopal tradition. Our core values – 21st Century Teaching and Learning, Student-Centered, Stewardship, and Episcopal Identity – inform all programs at the school.
Episcopal Day School embraces 21st Century skills including critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity while adhering to high academic standards with technological integration. We engage students in a rigorous and enriched curriculum, including research, writing, and problem-solving.
EDS students are inspired to cultivate their gifts and talents and challenged to achieve their full potential. We develop future leaders to serve our community and strengthen our world through their careful stewardship of our God-given resources.
As an Episcopal school, EDS is a unified community of diverse people and ideas and seeks to foster each student’s moral and ethical growth. Our hope for EDS students is that they go forward and be a light in this world.
