Dale Regan, Episcopal School of Jacksonville

Posted Tuesday, March 6, 2012

The independent school community received terrible news today.  Dale Regan, the head of Episcopal School of Jacksonville and a member of the SAIS Board of Trustees, was fatally shot this afternoon. The gunman then turned the gun on himself.

We lost a dear friend, a beloved educator, and a courageous leader today. We offer our most sincere sympathy and support to the Episcopal School community and the Regan family as they cope with this terrible loss.

With a heavy heart,

Steve Robinson
President, SAIS
