The SAIS Annual Conference is the largest regional networking and educational event for independent school professionals in the Southeast. Becoming a sponsor offers the opportunity to reach the 300+ decision-makers expected to attend, including heads of school, associate heads, division heads, academic deans, business officers, technology directors, development directors, admissions directors, and communications/marketing directors, among others.  These leaders are seeking the latest products and services to help their schools better serve their students, families, and communities.

Visibility at SAIS will help increase awareness of your brand among these key personnel. Don’t miss THE gathering place to exchange ideas, expand your network, create new relationships, and discover beneficial opportunities with independent schools.

We will contact you in September to ask for the names of your on-site personnel. A maximum of three (3) personnel per silver sponsor booth will be allowed. A maximum of four (4) personnel per gold sponsor booth will be allowed.

  • Conference registration for booth personnel is included with sponsorship.
  • Booth reps must be company employees.
  • Please note that no suitcasing will be allowed.

NEW this year we will assign booth locations in August.  Please select your top 3 locations when you register, and we will do our best to place you there, subject to availability (first come, first served).  Note that booth placement will be done IN THE ORDER RECEIVED. View the booth map here.

Each exhibitor will have a 6' x 30" table and 2 chairs. Due to space restrictions, larger tables will not be available. If you require additional space, you may purchase two booths and we will place them next to each other.

  • Signs over 6' wide and rugs that protrude into the aisle are prohibited.
  • Booths not dismantled by the end of the allotted tear-down time period will be broken down and put into storage at a $250 storage and handling fee. Return shipping will incur an additional fee.
  • All food served in the exhibit hall must be procured from the hotel.
  • SAIS reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibit space and to restrict exhibit activities during the meeting that in the sole judgement of SAIS are not appropriate to the meeting's purpose.

The exhibit space is in the pre-function area of the Ravinia Ballroom at the Crowne Plaza Ravinia (and is over 6,000 sq ft!). Due to the large size and open configuration of the pre-function space, all booth locations can offer a positive experience for interacting and conversing with conference participants, as well as easy access to the sessions and meals (which will take place in the Dunwoody and Ravinia rooms, as shown on the map). Additionally, you'll see that the other side of the pre-function space offers sole access to the hotel lobby, restrooms, and parking deck. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because we think the exhibit space will work well for you, so we look forward to your feedback throughout the conference.

  • PROGRAM: The 4-color printed conference program is distributed to all conference participants AND after the conference, it is mailed to all SAIS heads of school who did not attend. This guarantees that your ad reaches 100% of SAIS member schools. A quarter-page ad is included with SILVER sponsorship and a full-page ad is included with GOLD sponsorship. Artwork is due by July 31.
  • MAGAZINE: NEW this year, SAIS is launching a twice-yearly 4-color printed magazine and sponsors will receive ad placement in the inaugural September issue if registered by July 14.  Those who register after July 14 will be featured in the Spring issue.  This also guarantees that your ad reaches 100% of SAIS member schools.  A quarter-page is included with SILVER sponsorship and a half-page ad is included with GOLD sponsorship. Artwork is due by July 31.

The block at our host hotel, the Crowne Plaza Ravinia, is sold out. If you would like to get on the waiting list, please call 1-800-554-0055.

Please note that SAIS is not using a housing bureau for room reservations. SAIS nor the hotel will call you and ask you to make reservations over the phone. If you receive a phone call saying you need to make reservations, it is a scam. Please make your reservations online or by calling the hotel directly.

  • SAIS Conference is state of the art. The topics are fantastic, the participants are friendly and engaging, and the SAIS staff is the gold standard. They work hard to make the experience as pleasant and easy as they can.
  • What I like best about SAIS is that the show is very well organized with little down or wasted time. Plus a big thank-you for understanding that vendors' time is valuable.
  • The event is, without question, one of the highlights of the season -- a forum that we find so valuable!
  • Excellent organization and well executed conference. There was always an SAIS staff person close by to guide, direct, answer questions, and help out. Incredible teamwork in action! Thanks for making this conference a pleasure to attend as a vendor. I felt part of the group and did not feel like an outsider, as is often the case at many conferences.
  • As a vendor, I found it very vendor-friendly ... I liked having the food close to the exhibits ... Meals were fabulous ... I love SAIS!
  • I have finally figured out why this is the best conference we attend. National conference can be too unwieldy. State conferences only have attendees from a specific state. At SAIS, school leaders who have known one another for a long time but now work in different places can reunite. As a result, the web of connections between participants is deeper, richer, and longer. This creates a congenial tone unmatched at other events and therefore makes the SAIS conference more productive than any other.
  • We liked that there were set times for the attendees to speak to the exhibitors; many other conferences expect attendees to find time to speak with us between sessions and that often does not happen. It was very organized and we knew exactly what to expect.

Any materials for your exhibit should be shipped directly to your attention (hold for arrival) to the Crowne Plaza Ravinia. Boxes will be received no earlier than October 18. Please use the following address and label format and if you have multiple boxes, please mark them 1 of 3 and so on. This will help the hotel find and organize your items.
