The SAIS Annual Conference is the largest regional networking and educational event for independent school professionals in the Southeast. Your exhibitor fee includes:

  • Conference registration for Sunday and Monday (including meals provided) for up to two (2) booth personnel
  • Listing in the conference website
  • 6' x 30" rectangular table and 2 chairs OR 30"x30" round hightop table and 1 barstool (please note this is a table-top show)
  • ID sign at booth
  • Table host networking opportunity at the Monday lunch
  • Wifi & electricity
  • Mailing labels of all conference attendees as of October 1


  • We will contact you in September to ask for the names of your on-site personnel.
  • A maximum of two (2) personnel per booth will be allowed.
  • Conference registration for booth personnel is included.
  • All booth reps must be employees or representatives who receive commission, brokerage, or salary from the exhibitor.
  • Booth reps must be over the age of 21.
  • Please note that no suitcasing will be allowed.
  • No pets or animals allowed in the exhibit or meeting space.



You will select your booth when you register. Note that booth placement will be assigned IN THE ORDER RECEIVED. Floor plans may not immediately indicate ongoing and most recent changes.


Each exhibitor will have a 6' x 30" rectangular table and 2 chairs OR a 30"x30" round hightop table and 1 barstool. Due to space restrictions, larger tables will not be available. If you require additional space, you may purchase two booths and we will place them together.

  • Signs that are wider than your allotted booth space and items that protrude into the aisle are prohibited.
  • Booths not dismantled by the tear down time period will be broken down and put into storage at a $250 storage and handling fee. Shipping will incur an additional fee.
  • All food served in the exhibit hall must be procured from the hotel.
  • SAIS reserves the right to refuse any application for exhibit space and to restrict activities during the meeting that in the sole judgement of SAIS are not appropriate to the meeting's purpose.


The exhibit space is in the newly renovated pre-function area of the Ravinia Ballroom and is over 6,000 square feet! Due to the large size and open configuration of the pre-function space, all booth locations offer a positive opportunity for interacting and conversing with conference participants, as well as easy access to the keynotes and meals (which will take place in the Dunwoody and Ravinia rooms, as shown on the map). Additionally, you'll see that the other side of the pre-function space offers sole access to the hotel lobby, restrooms, breakouts, and parking deck.


Expand your visibility beyond the booth with a sponsorship. Three levels are available this year - $2,500 Bronze, $5,000 Silver, and $8,000 Gold. Information about sponsorship is available at or by contacting Anna Taylor at or (404) 583-6452.


Booths must be paid for at the time of reservation via MasterCard, Visa, AmEx, or Discover. Checks are not accepted for exhibit booths.

NOTE: We understand that Convention Planners Housing Corp is contacting conference attendees to solicit their business. SAIS does not utilize the services of a housing vendor for any events. Neither SAIS nor the hotel will call you to make reservations over the phone. Please use the above hotel link to secure your reservation directly with the Crowne Plaza Ravinia.


  • AIRPORT: Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (airport code = ATL)
  • GROUND TRANSPORTATION: The hotel is 1 mile from the Dunwoody MARTA station on the red line ($2.50 one way). Cabs are also available to/from the airport ($60 one way).


Exhibitors are invited to submit session proposals for a new offering at this year’s conference. Up to six vendor-led sessions will be selected as post-con learning opportunities taking place on Tuesday, October 29, starting at 12:30 PM. These sessions are limited to two presenters and there is no honorarium or expense reimbursement available. To submit your proposal, email your session concept, brief outline, and desired session length (from 90-180 mins) to by April 30.


  • SAIS Conference is state of the art. The topics are fantastic, the participants are friendly and engaging, and the SAIS staff is the gold standard. They work hard to make the experience as pleasant and easy as they can.

  • I have finally figured out why this is the best conference we attend. National conference can be too unwieldy. State conferences only have attendees from a specific state. At SAIS, school leaders who have known one another for a long time but now work in different places can reunite. As a result, the web of connections between participants is deeper, richer, and longer. This creates a congenial tone unmatched at other events and therefore makes the SAIS conference more productive than any other.
  • We liked that there were set times for the attendees to speak to the exhibitors; many other conferences expect attendees to find time to speak with us between sessions and that often does not happen. It was very organized and we knew exactly what to expect.


Any materials for your exhibit should be shipped directly to your attention (hold for arrival) to the Crowne Plaza Ravinia. Boxes will be received no earlier than October 23. Please use the following address and label format and if you have multiple boxes, please mark them 1 of 3 and so on. This will help the hotel find and organize your items.

Exhibit personnel in charge of setting up your booth should be aware of how and when all freight was shipped, tracking/pro numbers, and the carrier. This information is EXTREMELY important when trying to locate missing freight.  SAIS is not responsible for missing freight.

Booth cancellations received in writing to before July 31 will be refunded less a 20% processing fee. Cancellations received after July 31 are not eligible for a refund.


Registration, attendance at, or participation in SAIS meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SAIS’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, and audio of such events and activities.
